Qurban 2026
Support those in need with your Qurbani donation. Your sacrifice is carried out according to Islamic principles and distributed to those who truly need it across different regions of the world.
What is Qurbani?
Qurbani is an act of worship in Islam performed to draw closer to Allah and attain His pleasure. It also aims to support those in need by distributing the meat in accordance with Islamic principles, contributing to solidarity and social equality.
⸻
When can I donate?
Obligatory (Wajib) Qurbani Donations You can donate online via our website starting approximately one month before Eid al-Adha until one day before Eid.
Voluntary Qurbani Donations You can make voluntary donations such as vow (nadhr), aqiqah, gratitude, or healing sacrifices throughout the entire year via our website.
⸻
When will my voluntary Qurbani be carried out?
Voluntary sacrifices such as nadhr, aqiqah, shukr, and shifa are carried out periodically under the supervision of our observers on-site to ensure compliance with Islamic guidelines. Depending on the region, this process may take up to 8 weeks.
⸻
Compliance with Islamic rules
All sacrifices are performed in accordance with Islamic guidelines, taking into account the type, age, health of the animal, and proper authorization (wakalah). BE AID ensures that all sacrifices are carried out carefully under the supervision of qualified observers and experienced field staff.
⸻
Where are the sacrifices carried out?
BE AID carries out Qurbani slaughter and distribution in various countries, mainly in Africa and Asia, as well as in other vulnerable regions around the world. Support is also provided to schools and educational centers operating under difficult conditions.
⸻
How are Qurbani prices determined?
Prices vary depending on the country and region. To prevent imbalance and unequal distribution, BE AID applies a unified average pricing strategy across different regions. This ensures fair and proportional distribution to those in need.
⸻
Feedback Process
Qurbani sacrifices are carried out in priority regions identified as areas of need. Donors receive two emails:
• A thank-you email
• A notification after the sacrifice and distribution
If requested, a video of the sacrifice will be shared.
Due to limited internet access in some regions, videos may only be available after teams return, which can take up to 2 weeks after Eid.
